Job Summary

  • This position oversees daily operations in the specialty pharmacy call center, leading workflow optimization and staff professional development through direct supervision of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators technicians.
  • Partners with Specialty Pharmacy Manager – System Clinics to implement system specialty pharmacy strategy across various specialty clinics managing multiple specialty disease states.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation standards, state and federal pharmacy regulations, and delivers education to the care coordinator team.

Key Requirements

  • Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy

  • Prior experience with third party billing and financial counseling
