Job Summary

• This position manages and oversees daily activity with regards to the billing and collections aspect of the Client Accounting Department, manages the billing and collections supervisory staff, and develops and facilitates effective and consistent workflow processes.
• Analyzes reports to determine trends and facilitate effective billing and collections strategies, and meets with partners as needed to discuss goals/objectives, issues, etc.
• Participates in development of test plans and implements system changes effecting Client Accounting, including but not limited to quality assurance, project management of testing environment, and final approval of system rollout.

Salary

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years of management experience
• Minimum of ten years of client accounting billing in a law firm
• Experience with Aderant or similar accounting software
