Base: Level I: $51,021 - $57,398.50; Level II: $56,123 - $63,138.50; Level III: $61,735 - $69,452; Benefits: University contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers, holidays, leave accrual, retirement programs

Key Requirements

  • Class B HVAC License
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 5 years HVAC experience for Level I
  • Minimum 7 years HVAC experience for Level II
  • Experience directing projects and leadership role for Level II
  • EPA Section 608 Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
