This leadership role manages all aspects of assigned payer contracts including negotiation, relationship management, and dispute resolution for Children's Health in Nevada.
The position requires representing the organization in key relationships and leading Joint Operating Committees while coordinating with Finance and Legal departments.
Candidates are eligible for an Annual Pay for Performance plan based on Board-approved goals and may receive sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Base: $58.62 - $90.48 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on/relocation bonus available; AP4P Plan up to percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive wellness package included
