Key Requirements
3+ years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish fluency preferred
Experience supporting North America employees
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Experience with Payroll & Benefits systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Experience with HR data, Excel reporting, and analytics
