  • The primary mission is to build, implement, and audit a department-wide Q&R system that prevents infrastructure failures and ensures rapid, systematic response when issues arise.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's with equivalent experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, or CRE preferred
  • 8-10+ years in high-tech/semiconductor manufacturing
  • 5+ years in Quality or Reliability leadership roles
  • Experience with CMMS, EAM, MES, Commissioning Software, FMCS
