Job Summary
This critical leadership and technical role is responsible for the integrity of our physical and operational infrastructure, overseeing standards for office maintenance, semiconductor tool hookup, and facilities services.
The primary mission is to build, implement, and audit a department-wide Q&R system that prevents infrastructure failures and ensures rapid, systematic response when issues arise.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's with equivalent experience
Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, or CRE preferred
8-10+ years in high-tech/semiconductor manufacturing
5+ years in Quality or Reliability leadership roles
Experience with CMMS, EAM, MES, Commissioning Software, FMCS
