The Leadership Training Manager fosters an environment of experiential learning, developing leaders on knowledge, skills, and abilities needed at The Home Depot that align with organizational values.
Key responsibilities include facilitating instructor-led leadership and functional training courses, performing administrative duties, and partnering with the Learning Design & Development team.
This position reports to the Sr Manager of Learning Delivery and requires less than 10% overnight travel.
