Job Summary

  • The Change Management Specialist is primarily focused on project-level change delivery, serving as the Project Change Manager for assigned transformation initiatives.
  • This role oversees end-to-end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, change agent mobilisation, training and enablement, and progress tracking.
  • The Change Manager is expected to confidently manage scope, apply the standardised framework, and deliver change work across one or multiple projects concurrently.
