Job Summary

  • The Quality Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Otis Switzerland Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and OPXL requirements.
  • This role plays a key part in driving quality excellence across the organization while supporting the field organization in executing Product/Process Quality Improvement activities.
