Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Tertiary WHS qualification minimum Cert IV
  • 2-5 years operational workplace health safety experience
  • Incident investigations and high-risk work controls
  • Contractor safety management expertise
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards

Nice-to-have

  • Aviation or infrastructure industry background
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to operate independently in diverse environments
  • Confident communicator with analytical reporting skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Cert IV Workplace Health and Safety
  • 2-5 years experience in operational WHS roles
  • Ability to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Adherence to Drug and Alcohol Management Plan including testing
  • Completion of Police Check for ASIC eligibility
