Job Summary
Serve as the legal partner to Commercial and Market Access teams, providing strategic and day-to-day legal support for advertising, promotional, and access-related activities.
Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access colleagues to deliver practical and risk-based legal advice in a fast-paced launch environment.
Support development of promotional strategy and messaging, identifying legal risks and offering workable solutions.
