• The Strategic Hospital Partnership Lead is primarily responsible for partnering with customers to develop business solutions that will drive profitable growth for the company through best-in-class customer satisfaction.
• This role involves partnering with the Account Management Team and internal Business Units to develop strategic partnership plans for key accounts, building sustainable engagements and integrating customer insights.
• Key activities include market and customer understanding, strategic hospital partnership plan development, partnership plan implementation and tracking, and integrated taskforce team management.
