Job Summary

• This role serves as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them through workflow redesign and process optimization to unlock the full value of CLM.
• The team is part of Workday's Specialized Customer Success organization, focused on driving deep, measurable adoption for AI-powered contract lifecycle management workflows.
• Candidates will be expected to develop deep working expertise in Workday CLM capabilities and independently manage a portfolio of customers with clear success plans within their first 3-6 months.

Base: $95,000 - $142,600 USD (Denver); Additional locations: $90,300 - $160,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants
