Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years in business operations, Scrum Master/Agile Coach or program management roles
  • At least 5 years in Agile development
  • 2-3 years working with the Azure DevOps toolset
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for large, complex projects
  • Exceptional ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proficiency in identifying and delivering business process improvements
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
