The Global Communications Manager role is responsible for leading and executing the internal and external communications strategy for our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
This role will create, direct, and implement integrated messaging and communication plans and strategies that effectively engage internal GBS and AECOM audiences—including employees, customers, and partners—across all digital and in-person channels.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
At least 10 years’ experience in corporate communications
3–5 years in a leadership capacity
Proven experience in leading internal and executive communications
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones and geographies
