Job Summary
Responsible for Automation Engineering support of a vehicle assembly facility and manufacturing processes where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment.
Leads collaboration with Quality and Production teams to identify, develop, and implement automated error-proofing initiatives utilizing vision systems and advanced automation technologies.
Enforces safe work practices as the highest priority and implements objectives for ergonomics, health/safety, and housekeeping.

Key Requirements
+5 years of experience with Vision systems
Ability to program and troubleshoot Vision systems
Ability to troubleshoot equipment level networks
High level of analytical ability
High level of interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
