Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED for Level I; Bachelor's Degree preferred for higher levels
  • Enrollment in certified CHW Training Program within 45 days for Level I
  • 2 years experience as a CHW for Level II; 4 years for Level III
  • CHW Certification from ARCHWA or another state required for Level III
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on first day of employment
