Key Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five or more years of work experience
  • At least three years of directly related experience in automotive parts or service
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on fixed operations process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail
  • Program management and vendor relations experience desired
  • Automotive understanding of vehicle parts, parts pricing, parts sales, and parts operational experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Occasional weekend and/or evening work
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
