  • Master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology OR Doctorate in clinical psychology, clinical/community psychology, counseling psychology, or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois or license state-transfer eligible (for Master's)
  • Licensed in Illinois or license state-transfer as psychologist (for Doctoral)
  • Licensed for at least 2 years at time of application
