Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
  • 2+ years in a team leadership or management role
  • Strong hands-on technical skills in SQL, Python or R, and modern BI tools
  • Proven experience building and scaling analytics teams
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods, experimentation design, causal inference, and forecasting
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery
  • Strong people management skills
