  • This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained and involves providing direct resident/patient care.
  • Key duties include coordinating recruitment, overseeing payroll and benefits, planning and conducting drills, and identifying educational needs through various feedback mechanisms.
