Definium Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of R&D Finance to oversee financial management related to clinical trial accounting, budgeting, and financial controls in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, preferably within the life sciences sector, and will be responsible for providing financial insights to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal controls

Job Summary

  • Support end-to-end financial management of the Company’s research and development activities, with a primary focus on clinical trial accounting, accruals, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Play a key role in monthly close activities, clinical expense forecasting, audit support, and process improvement initiatives, while collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Legal, Procurement, FP&A, and external vendors.

  • CPA preferred
