Job Summary

  • This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
  • Essential responsibilities include completing assigned work orders, the "make-ready" process for vacant apartments, and assisting in maintaining grounds and common areas.
  • Incumbents must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may be required to take "call".
