The qualified individual will be responsible for driving new data and metrics analysis and collection methods leveraging existing data export and new AI capabilities.
You will collaborate with the customer, technical teams and key stakeholders across the business to validate workflow processing metrics applicable to targeted workflow to frame the ROI for making a decision on strategic investment.
