Job Summary

  • As a UM/UIM Represented Litigation Adjuster, your main focus will be investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.
  • You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day.
  • This position is for our Severe/Complex Represented Casualty office with a focus on handling UM/UIM claims in the states of CO, KS, MZ, ND, SD, KS, IA, NE, WY, and UT.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms
