  • The Disaster Recovery and Resilience Lead is responsible for the design, coordination, and leadership of the firmwide technology resilience and disaster recovery program to improve resilience and response capabilities to disasters.
  • This position requires a proven subject matter expert with demonstrated competency in the planning, design, development, program execution, maintenance and testing of platform resilience, disaster recovery, and cyber-attack recovery capabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to understand critical services, setting recovery targets, analyzing infrastructure, leading recovery tests, and reporting to management on readiness and program roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of disaster recovery and/or technology resilience experience

  • Strong grasp of technology including infrastructure and application layers
