Job Summary
This role serves as the architect and integrator of operational excellence, aligning site execution, data, technology, and financial outcomes to deliver Winland's Mission, Vision, and Values.
The position offers full responsibility for safety, quality, service, cost, and people across Winland's Condiments manufacturing network, including leading several high-volume plants producing sauces, dressings, syrups, and marinades.

Key Requirements
