Job Descriptions: Plan and accomplish teaching tasks by following the school’s requirements. Prepare learning materials to ensure the effectiveness of class management. Assign homework, correction, grading tests and complete other paperwork according to the school’s requirements. Communicate with parents or supervisors on student performance when required. Evaluate students' performance to provide positive enhancement to their learning. Update and compile all teaching and learning materials, including short-term training and learning materials, according to the latest MOE syllabus. Attend all school staff meetings and training programmes. Perform any ad hoc duties on an as-needed basis as assigned by a superior or management. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Chinese Language, Education, or related field. Able to work on weekends/weekday evenings. Willing to learn and possess a good working attitude. Dedicated and passionate with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and be a team player.
