Job Summary
The purpose of the Consumer Collateral Support Specialist I position is to provide leadership in the timely completion and tracking of title resolution and lien perfection for our consumer loan portfolio.
Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating department duties and keying information into the loan originating and servicing system(s) as it relates to collateral document tracking.
This role requires an integral understanding of NC DMV procedures and extensive understanding of out-of-state titling and ELT procedures.
