  • The purpose of the Consumer Collateral Support Specialist I position is to provide leadership in the timely completion and tracking of title resolution and lien perfection for our consumer loan portfolio.
  • Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating department duties and keying information into the loan originating and servicing system(s) as it relates to collateral document tracking.
  • This role requires an integral understanding of NC DMV procedures and extensive understanding of out-of-state titling and ELT procedures.
