Build and refine the operating model, including segmentation, territory design, and pipeline discipline, while strengthening consultant and advisor engagement.
Support the development of multi-partner and multi-insurer ecosystems, leading the roadmap for recordkeeper and middleware connectivity and driving integrations for scalable adoption.
