Job Summary

  • You will have the opportunity to lead the Field Service team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to exceed customer expectations.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing technical field organization (approximately 30 employees) by driving skills development, certifications, mentoring, performance management, and effective resolution of complex technical issues.
  • This position is Remote; however, candidates must reside in Maryland, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Washington DC areas.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s degree
  • 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • 15 years of experience in power delivery/power distribution
  • Proven planning and prioritization skills
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of time
