  • This role leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive Culture strategy for GSSC while managing strategic learning programmes.
  • The position requires fostering a strong learning culture within the business by building offerings that increase capability in line with business needs.
  • Candidates must be able to conduct employee listening activities to drive continuous improvement and partner with global teams to deliver culture projects.
