The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medicines under their responsibility with healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, in compliance with regulations and applicable procedures
Job Summary
The Medical Delegate is responsible for promoting and ensuring the proper use of medicines under their responsibility with healthcare professionals involved in the care pathway, in compliance with regulations and applicable procedures.
They will design and pilot the Sector Action Plan (PAS) based on regional objectives and develop projects around medications with healthcare pathway actors in collaboration with all Johnson & Johnson actors.
The Medical Delegate must have strong relational and sales skills, the ability to identify and question the roles of all actors in a care pathway in a complex environment, and the ability to work in a team and coordinate with numerous internal actors in a matrix and complex environment.
