The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a Rigging Coordinator to oversee the operation and maintenance of the flyrail system for events at Capital One Hall. The ideal candidate will have ETCP certification in Theater Rigging, experience with rigging systems, and strong communication skills.

Job Summary
The Rigging Coordinator will perform work as needed to maintain and operate and the flyrail system for events in Capital One Hall.
The Rigging Coordinator will work with the Production Manager and the Technical Director on production rigging, advances as well as schedule the appropriate crew.
This position requires stooping and lifting. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

Knowledge of single-purchase counterweight systems
Knowledge of electrical hoist-based rigging systems

Key Requirements
Current ETCP certification in Theater Rigging
Theater flyrail installation experience preferred
Additional ETCP certification in Arena Rigging preferred
