The successful candidate will manage the Annual Operative Planning process, deliver high-quality financial reports, and provide root-cause analysis on variances to KPI owners.
You will lead a team of three experienced Controlling professionals, fostering a culture of excellence while ensuring compliance with IFRS and local standards.

8+ years Finance/Controlling experience
SAP CO/PS module expertise
IFRS and Japanese GAAP knowledge
