Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Support Specialist L1 for its Intrusion Security Products division, responsible for providing remote support for a range of security products. The role requires strong technical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication to assist customers and internal teams

Job Summary

  • The Technical Support Technician will be responsible for conducting telephone support of the Bentel, DSC, Sur-Gard, Visonic, Qolsys and C24 range of products.
  • As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to up to 30-40 customer calls daily in a professional and efficient manner, dealing with and resolving issues within SLA times.
