JOB DESCRIPTION Assist the manager in day-to-day sales and administrative duties. Prepare quotations based on customer requests and follow up with clients on inquiries and feedback. Handle routine telephone and email/fax queries from local and overseas customers. Generate sales-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s system. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, and accounts) to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Administer payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances. Actively contribute to achieving personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Represent the company at trade exhibitions and promotional events as required. Undertake any other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field. 1-2 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in English and Chinese; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Tools. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
