Job Summary
The company is transforming its Ceded Reinsurance operation to improve its effectiveness and accuracy.
This role will work closely with our Ceded Outwards Reinsurance Transformation team to drive technology implementation and target operating model design.
The role will require flexibility in terms of working hours to accommodate working with US and UK time zones a minimum of 3 days per week.

Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g. BPMN, UML, Miro)
