Job Summary
The L2 Systems Analyst is a client-facing, business and technical position responsible for all aspects of managing production of Charles River IMS systems Asia Pacific clients as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (Saas)/Managed Services offerings.
This role will involve working closely with Clients, providing expert level remote management, administration and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions, including parameter configuration changes, system availability, and application/database performance tuning.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience
