12+ years engineering experience in electro-mechanical consumer appliances
10+ years project management from concept to completion
7+ years leadership in fast-growing product development environments
Strong technical skills in motors, battery cells, sensors, and electronics
Knowledge of plastics, injection molding, and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with Creo, FEA, CFD, and FMEA methodologies
Experience with UL, CEC, ASTM, IEC, CE, RoHS regulatory agencies
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Floor Care Products like vacuums and carpet washers
Experience working with Asian counterparts and OEM suppliers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Overseas travel availability (2-3 times/year)
Advanced degrees or certifications welcomed
Entrepreneurial drive and high integrity
Ability to present technical ideas to all organizational levels
Key Requirements
BSME or BSEE degree required
Minimum 12 years of relevant engineering experience
Minimum 10 years of product lifecycle project management
Minimum 7 years in leadership roles
