Salary
Base: $66,800 - $91,000 (Southern CA); $69,800 - $95,200 (Northern CA); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary long-term financial incentive plan available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with Profit Sharing, flexible work arrangements
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years resource management experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
Strong understanding of Audit engagement lifecycles
Nice-to-have
Experience with Workday or Dayshape platforms
Proactive solution-oriented approach
Ability to balance multiple assignments
