Counsels continuing students and/or parents regarding university policy and procedures, registration, progression requirements, and payment options.
Ensures students' progress through programmatic milestones by collecting required paperwork, financially clearing students, and addressing academic compliance.
Works with students to ensure understanding of registration processes, resolves outstanding matters with various university departments, and monitors student schedules for academic progress.
