Job Summary

  • The Patient Representative works under general supervision counseling patients on their financial status and obligation and will identify and refer the patient and/or responsible party to an appropriate sponsoring agency.
  • This position will be primarily responsible for scheduling New Patient appointments for Outpatient Therapy referrals, conducting insurance verification and benefit explanations, and obtaining authorizations and recertification.
