This role assists the IAM Leader in architecting, implementing, and maintaining all identities across the entire enterprise for a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
The position requires managing a diverse portfolio of identities within a cloud-first environment while ensuring strict adherence to compliance frameworks like SOX and GxP Part 11.
Candidates will lead initiatives in developing IAM policies, executing continuous improvements, and driving governance and audit initiatives including Segregation of Duties (SOD) management.

Must-have
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Active Directory and Azure AD experience
Saviynt IGA tool proficiency
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation
Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture
Compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GxP
Nice-to-have
AWS and Azure security experience
ITIL v3 framework knowledge
Regulated industry background
Vendor and managed services management
Collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS
5+ years of enterprise IAM planning and architecture experience
CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification preferred
Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools
Strong understanding of SAML, LDAP, and PKI concepts
