Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and ensuring their safety while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Assist with lifting and transferring residents

Key Requirements
