Key Requirements
Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics or similar
Several years of leadership experience in ALM, IRRBB, Treasury Risk Management or FRM
Deep knowledge of NII steering, hedging strategies, and behavioral modeling
Experience managing global, cross-site teams
Strong regulatory knowledge (EBA, BCBS-IRRBB)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
