The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and current federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Employees must participate in developing quality assurance programs and assist in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies.

Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications per physician orders
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Participate in resident discharge planning
Monitor infection control procedures

Experience with MDS assessments preferred
Ability to handle emotionally difficult situations
Knowledge of PCC software systems
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification required
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
