Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director of Residential Education is responsible for the student development program and administration of students living in our 5 residence communities.
  • This position requires supervision of a combination of full-time Hall Directors and graduate assistants, as well as indirect supervision of graduate student interns, Community Advisors, and Desk Assistants.
  • The role involves managing community and departmental budgets, leading community development frameworks, supervising the conduct process, and directing departmental efforts in staff selection and training.
