Job Summary
The Global Maintenance Intelligence & Innovation Lead is responsible for driving the adoption of advanced maintenance intelligence, predictive analytics, digital solutions, and innovation across all CSL Behring sites.
Define and maintain a global roadmap for maintenance intelligence, digital transformation, and innovation in maintenance practices across all manufacturing sites.
Work closely with site maintenance, operations, reliability, engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, and IT across regions to ensure alignment of innovation efforts with business and regulatory needs.
