The role involves assisting residents with daily functions, mobility, personal hygiene, and preparing them for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting incidents.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure adequate service delivery and maintain a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.
